This week Susan is joined by Louise Phelan. Over a storied career, Louise has led some of Ireland's most vibrant and successful teams, sat on the boards of Europe's biggest companies and worked diligently to advocate for women in leadership.

Louise’s leadership achievements have been widely recognised - she is the first woman to receive the Sir Michael Smurfit Business Achievement Award; she is a recipient on two separate occasions of Ireland’s Businesswoman of the Year and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy at TUD.
