Our very first guest is Alejandra Gomez, recipient of the 2019 Racial Justice Award. Alejandra is Co-Director of Living United for Change in Arizona (LUChA) – an amazing community organization of families, working together to bring about a more socially and economically just AZ. She shares the story of how she came to her work and the importance of community organizing and advocacy.
