Over the past 3 months we've completely overhauled the way we nourish our bodies. What we eat, drink, how we cook and how we approach our health and wellness has changed pretty dramatically. The big motivator for us has been making sure we do everything possible to take care of Jules' body now that he's facing ALS symptoms. We've since realized how wonderful it feels when you empower your life through the choices you make. We hope this episode inspires you, no matter what your current situation, to make healthy changes in your life. If we can do it, so can you.
