Black people it is time to connect with your ancestors if you have not already. You have ancestors that are here to protect and guide you through your path of life.  You are a beautiful, infinite soul and it's time to transcend into your highest vibrational self. You are doing a beautiful job with your healing. It's a process, keep going I wholeheartedly believe in you! Welcome your ancestors into your life. Let them love you, and help guide you. Your ancestors are some of your biggest supporters! Known or unknown form a relationship with them through meditation, build them an alter, and offer them things. This is connected in our roots! Your ancestors will never steer you wrong, they want what's best for you. Keep growing, unlearning these toxic society beliefs that have been pushed upon us.
