Today’s episode is all about how to create an exercise routine you will actually enjoy! I honestly considered titling this episode, “how to create a movement routine you'll actually enjoy”, because I think sometimes terms like “working out and exercise” can throw people.
But I promise I’m not going to tell you to get up before the sun and run 6 miles or that you have to spend 2hrs in the gym everyday. Those things may work for some people, but that’s not why I’m here. I am simply here to share my experience and some tips and tricks I’ve picked up along the way on how to create an exercise routine you’ll enjoy!
