It is super important that content writers are allowed to flex their creativity and not get bogged down by SEO based metrics provided by SEOs regarding content creation, in particular in the text format.
You will never create a great piece of content by focusing on a "3% keyword density". Give it up and focus more on the sort of content that your audience will love which is hard enough of a job than simply focusing on keyword mentions in articles.
