Creating new habits can be a positive change in your life, these habits can be health, financial, relationship, and can lead to starting your personal growth journey.
In this podcast I give some really good examples of how my 4 year old grandson can create new habits with the right direction and support. So it is totally possible for all of us to create new habits that support the things we desire more to enhance our lives.
When you identify what habit you want to bring into your life you can then set a plan to start consciously changing it till it becomes an unconscious habit, like brushing your teeth.
