Hi everyone!! Welcome to another episode! I'm so excited to share this one with you guys today, as I discuss my fitness journey. This past summer I started going to the gym and I wanted to share with you guys my experience of how I started in the gym, how I learned exercises and to use equipment and how I became comfortable in a gym setting coming from only knowing how to act in the studio. I go through all of my struggles and even my most embarassing time at the gym! I share 5 tips for how to start going to the gym and how to learn and structure your workout.
