One of the things I find most of my clients are most confused about is how to be more intentional with a self care routine. Most importantly, how do we move passed a self care routine that isn't just about the aesthetics, or isn't superficial like a nap or a spa day? It's an excellent question and it's one of the things we answer in this episode!
We also discuss what questions and concepts to focus on when making a self care routine and how to grade yourself day to day to determine if the self care routines in place are necessary and/or effective. All good things!
