When a person loses someone close to them, it is natural to grieve. This process takes time and involves many different emotions and behaviors. The year 2020 has been quite tough whereby we have encountered death of loved ones, illness, loss of jobs, and other forms of losses. These losses have led to grief and in worst case scenarios stress and depression. It is for this reason that I saw the need to have episodes on how to deal with death, loss and grief. Thanks to Madam Esther Gichuki, a professional counselor, who accepted to help us demystify these phenomena so that we are able to know how to cope positively whenever we are faced with death, loss and grief.
