We are all occasionally forced to deal with mean individuals. Therefore, taking some time to think about it is really important because, in most circumstances, we have a tendency to be triggered and enter a state of reactivity rather than addressing the situation appropriately and making conscious decisions. The result is that we are stressed out or feeling bad emotions like sadness or anger. Even though we may be faced with difficult circumstances, such as dealing with rude people, we must make decisions that are in our best interests and put in place a foundation for feeling more balanced and at ease if we want to feel good, balanced, and at ease throughout the day.❤️🦋✨
