Being the only woman and/or person of color at work can be intimidating for a number of reasons. 

It can cause you to: 📍 Feel pressured to code-switch and not bring your authentic self to work. 📍Refrain from speaking up and networking with others, causing you to miss important networking opportunities. 📍 Internalize daily microaggressions which can shake your confidence to the core.
