Most people run into a new year with an arsenal of resolutions only to abandon them by the end of January.  That’s why I’m not a big fan of resolutions which often rely on willpower and checking things off of a list.  In 2019 I started the practice of choosing a word of the year and it’s been life giving AND game changing.
