How to design a great life! For anyone who is in job flux you should spend some time with Dave Evans from Stanford and his work on designing your life. I found it, personally, to be the most profound work that I covered in over 100 interviews with leaders. His message about how to look at problems in life is a giant reframe (turn frustrating problems into wicked good problems) for most of us, as are his takes on finding a passion and how to design your life.
