Are you at the beginning of your journey as an ID, trainer, in HR, or any other field and belief that you're just getting started and so, you're not a leader? Or maybe you do not have any direct reports and so you think you are not a leader? Not having direct reports or just getting started in your field doesn't mean you are not a leader. If are you able to positively influence others and add value to them, then you're a leader and therefore benefit from cultivating a leadership mindset.
