How To Discipline Myself to Wake-Up Early?

Since the podcast is growing, I will no longer limit myself to converting my videos from social media to audio but I will do the opposite, focusing more on the voice, my tone, my grammar, also my episodes will be longer than usual, I will share my script, I will share nice music, I will do something nice etc.

Let´s start... a few days ago, talking to my girlfriend, we talked about motivation or discipline in getting up early in the morning. An influencer, she told me, advised that waking up in the morning to catch the sun is a great reason to wake up. I was not convinced at all and I gave my opinion, with a disappointment of her, not because she doesn't like to hear me but I almost forced her to listen to me, sorry love.

I believe that people should not wake up early in the morning: if they have nothing to do, if they are happy with what they have or have achieved. It depends on how much happy you are. If you are happy with the belly you find yourself because you like to eat burgers and pizza every day, and you don't want to run early in the morning, obviously within the limits of healthy, you have every right to sleep as much as you want. If you like to sleep do it, who cares, don't follow the trend. I'll give another example, If you want to learn a new language, but you prefer to wake up late in the morning, do so, if that makes you happy that's fine. But obviously, you do not have to complain you are fat, you do not have to complain you know just one tongue, because if you complain it means that you are not happy, if you are not happy then waking up early is one of the keys to reach your goals.

My latest wake up call is at 6.30, what does that mean? it means that I have reached a point where if I have to go to the bathroom at 5.50, like this morning, I have no problems starting the day, I am actually happy.

But, this doesn't make me a superhero, or a very disciplined person, The reason is because i actually like to sleep as well... Simply if I don't have time to achieve my goals that will make me happy, I have to sacrifice something, like sleep, it is easy to understand.. no hard at all. If waking up early in the morning to catch the sun makes you happy, do it. But don´t do if it's not in your ambitions to become a ripe banana. What I mean is that: I have become more white and white, more milky since I left Italy. But I would never wake up early in the morning to sunbathe, it's not in my priorities.

So instead of focusing on methods or ways to wake up in the morning, you have to focus on your goals, those goals that will make you the people you want to be in the future.

Then you have to put these goals on a two-plates scale to figure out what the winner is.

Whether the goal or your bed.
