But before we can get started on dealing with the wellness we truly crave; we have to deal with our Fear and Ego. They have a strong hold on our mind whether we want to acknowledge them or not.
It is said fear and ego are man’s greatest enemy. Fear is behind sickness, poor relationships, and failures. If you are experiencing fear, understand this, you get rid of it by facing it. Face the thing you fear, and fear will leave you. Make up your mind right now that you are absolutely going to eliminate fear from your life.
Now, that doesn’t mean it is not going to come into your mind. It will but when it does, kick it right out.
Fear is a thought in your mind that you are afraid of. Imagine that for a moment…. at times we fear our very own thought.
