Hello, you’re listening to High Blood Pressure Wellness Lifestyle Podcast with Donna Williams. As we close out one year and begin another, it's important to take some time to reflect on the past twelve months. What have we accomplished? What were our highlights and lowlights? What did we learn?

Hi, I’m Donna Williams, Certified Holistic Health Coach, owner and creator of info-on-high-blood-pressure.com website. I run short, whole-foods based detoxes for beginners. With my detox program, I help my community get back on track with their eating, so they feel better, have more energy, and even drop a few pounds.

If you're interested in finding out more about the 5-day whole foods detox for beginners I have coming up in January, email me, [email protected]. Thanks.
