Ways to Waste Your Energy:
 
- Worrying about shit you can't control
- Beating yourself up
- Wishing you could go back + change things
- Complaining but not doing anything about it
 
 
We sit it our shit.
 
Avoidance has something to teach us.
 
There is a story in what we choose not to acknowledge.
 
When we think about this thing we try to avoid we get anxious.
 
What do we do when we don't like feeling unpleasant feelings? We self-sooth with food or alcohol. We avoid it.
 
But what if we embraced the dark side?

What if we decided that unpleasant thoughts + feelings were simply data, a telegraph from your soul?
 
What is it trying to say to you?
 
How are you not living in alignment with what you know you want?
 
Sometimes we avoid it because we don't know where to start. We feel ill-equipped to address it on our own.
 
Sometimes, + I mean this with love, sometimes we act like bitchass babies + just wish the problem would magically go away on its own. This is avoidance + we all do it at times.
