How do you stop the process of self sabotaging? That's a million dollar question if I've ever heard one! I think most, if not all, of us can relate to self sabotage. We know what it feels like to see the potential for our greatness, and to do things to undermine our success. In today's episode I'm answering a great question from a listener that starts with self sabotage, and ends up going into some really awesome directions addressing goals, visualization and mission statements.
Here is the original question from listener Kayla that I answer in the episode:
How do I stop self sabotage? I feel like I am so good at setting goals and visualizing my perfect life but when the universe throws me a giant test to live into my mission statement and goals, I feel like I fail. Even whenI am disciplined I feel like it is short lived and I end up right where I started. How can I bridge the gap between creating goals and actually attaining them for true transformation?
