In my last video I touched on Mental Health.
The response was insane. It resonated with a lot of people.
I wanted to share this message today incase you feel the same. I remember I used to feel guilty and embarrassed about how I felt.
In this video I share practical ideas, which have helped me, to help you understand and manage your mental health.
1 - Books
2 - Professional Help
3 - Family & Friends
There are other quick ways to change your state: Exercise, Nature and Music.
Again, these work for me so they may not work for you!
I don’t believe you can cure mental health but I think you can do a pretty amazing job of understanding it, managing it and dealing with it.
I’ve had some low points but looking back now I am so much better at dealing with everything my mind throws at me.
I am not a doctor or psychologist so what I say could be a load of rubbish. But I think it works.
It's worth a try, right?
