The reason why I'm talking about this is because it's tempting and easy to get lazy. I want to discourage you from being lazy. I want you to put on your work boots and get to work. Here, I'm going to show you how we made $31,406 on a vacant land deal that we didn’t even own. We didn't buy it and we didn't use any of our own money.
