Systems that help him to be a success
Middle Game-most are starters and finishers but we needs to shore up our middle game and finish strong
Focus, plan-map out the year on a google spreadsheet and community-lean on as a lever to pull from and lean on
Have a Plan
One of the things Aaron does each year includes mapping out with his CEO what they want to accomplish. They will send 20 hours over two days and finish with knowing what their focus will be each day.
"It's as simple as getting out a google spreadsheet. Writing down all the things we want to accomplish and I will literally know the theme every month, the books we will read, the questions we will ask, the blog topics that we will write about." - Aaron Walker
Accountability Group
Aaron meets with three guys once a week on Friday morning. He is also in a mastermind group with Dan Miller and has been for over two decades every week. Motivation wears out and you need to refuel. These accountability groups will help you to do so.
"Guys if you don't have a plan, an accountability group or a mastermind group, I don't know how you think you are going to accomplish all of the tasks you need to do." - Aaron Walker
Common DenominatorAaron sees a common a denominator among all people. They don't even know who they are themselves. So Aaron wrote a document called Personal Assessment. It talks about your identity, ideals, relationships, faith, career, etc.
