Not useful for depression
If I was able to make my bed every morning and buy new clothes I wouldn't need this book. These are helpful little tips for normal people, not people with serious anxiety, stress, and depression.
Every day advice
Extremely brief, overly broad, and only common sense points. The narration was abysmal. Don't waste your time.

Would you try another book from Ashley Rosebloom and/or JC Anonymous?
this booth is a waste of even $4. It complete common sense. They just go over things you already know.

It's just a list of things to try in order to get motivated. Some of them I find possible.
Short and to the Point! Fantastic!
Gosh, what a great little audiobook! Ashley Rosebloom presents a great set of tips and suggestions to help listeners get the lead out and get moving and JC Anonymous does a wonderful job delivering the content.
I can easily see myself listening to this at least once a week in the gym as a sort of reminder to stay on track to reaching my goals. My life is pretty hectic right now as I embark on the journey of self-employment and these tips will be a great help to keep me going. There are tons of great motivational texts out there and many of them are longer in duration, but I didn't find the short length of this book to be a problem at all. In fact, the list of tips was so vast and involved, I was actually glad that it had come to an end so I could ponder what I'd just listened to, then get back to my dvr. lol
So, don't be dismayed by the brief length. It's the perfect duration for those days when you just need a quick pick me up and you don't want to bother anyone else with your worried mind. Great job!
