I thought I'd make a video on how to get over your ex or even curing one-itis. This is basically when a man cannot seem to get over the idea of this one woman that he may or may not have even been in a relationship with, but rather he might even just have been crushing on really hard, and how it affects his life miserably. All of this suffering is all internal and self-inflicted. None of it comes from the outside or the world or even the girl causing it to him.
