How to get past feelings of regression while trying to progress in life. Sometimes these feelings can be overwhelming and most of the time when you feel like you're doing amazing, something decides to set you back 2 steps instead of moving forward. In fact, these steps backward could actually be stepping stones in helping you learn about progression and how it isn't always how it may seem. We all have these feelings, however it is about actually reflecting on what we actually want to achieve and not what we think we should achieve. Learning to stay on your path is the most important. Episode 14 is all about not being too hard on yourself and realising that you may actually be learning more about yourself and moving forward in more ways than one.
