One Quarter at a Time
Aaron shares a story about yard work where all the leaves had fallen. He was a bit overwhelmed and decided to break it up into quarters. He started with one quarter and finished everything in one quarter prior to moving to next quarter and so on. Aaron looks at business the same way. It's too difficult to tackle the big picture all at once and his 38 years of experience in business that says you won't be effective and you won't last long term.
"I visually said I am going to stay in this quarter and get all the limbs up, get all the leaves up, all the twigs, the debris and anything that was out there and I was gonna stay focused right here. I'm going to niche down to this one quarter. " - Aaron Walker
