I've always been driven by the idea of effortless mastery and virtuosity. To do so, I need to master the fundamental skills of building relationships in a foreign language. Native-like fluency is all about being able to be yourself and belong with others in every conversation, because every conversation is an opportunity to nurture the relationship. I say that effort must be effortful, where effort brings joy. My approach is based on following deliberate practice routines and receiving human feedback.
