What are two very important in business? Give value. How do you give value to people online? It can be quite easy.

  • Giving your customers tips, tools and tutorials that would help them
  • Sharing valuable information they need
  • Helping reduce a pain point for them
  • Giving something to a person without expecting anything in return (giving a free webinar without pitching a product at the end. If anyone ever did that, I would likely buy from them just because.)

    • How do you give value to your customers on social media? Do you run contest giveaways? Share important news and events happening? Share valuable info they can't find anywhere else?
