1) The ghosting - aka being flat out ignored
2) The big sting - aka being flat out told no
3) The gift wrapped rejection - a rejection that is handed to us nicely with some fluff and compliments
4) The constructive rejection - a rejection that is handed to us with constructive criticism
Rejection is a byproduct of putting yourself out there, whether that's professionally or personally, and rejection can feel super painful which can prevent us from fully putting ourselves out to the world.
