In today’s interview, Dr. Drew Byrnes interviews Dr. Josh Bernstein and his wife, Allison. In their practice, patients have to pay their full fee upfront just in order to get on the schedule. If they cancel without enough notice, they keep the full fee. The has essentially reduced their no show / cancellation rate to zero but it hasn’t been without some bumps in the road.
