Feeling overwhelmed by the amount of protein you need to be consuming in order to reach your health and fitness goals? This is a common occurrence for many of my clients, and followers that reach out in the DM’s. We know protein consumption is important for muscle growth and retainment, but it’s easy to get caught up in the sheer amount we need, or eating the same old things day in and out.
In this episode, I’m going to share with you some things to keep an eye out for with what you’re consuming and also give you some tips on different ways to easily increase the amount of protein you’re consuming so it doesn’t feel like such a difficult thing to do.
