Working full time is no excuse to engage in self destructive habits and whilst it can seem like you never have enough time to go to the gym, or read that book, or meditate, I would challenge you to really look at yourself objectively and see where your spending the rest of your time. All it takes is being aware and having the willingness to sacrifice to make the first step, to implement a small, but productive habit into your day. This one habit, when done consistently will compound over time into a healthy body and state of mind, leading you to take more action. Then this action leads into more action, and the compound effect will kick in and momentum will be on your side. Find time for even 10 minutes of improvement in your day, as you never know where this will lead. All great things have small beginnings. Hope you all enjoy.
