  2.  It is BRAVE to say that you’re struggling and we need to start normalizing talking about our mental health battles so that we can converse about it WITHOUT the fear of judgement and assumptions of others.

  • I open up about a traumatizing tooth story that happened many years ago and has affected my every day life
  • I share the growth and gratitude opportunities that have come from this event

Third, I talk about ways to improve self talk. I share my current practices and ideas/perspectives of others
