There are 561,000,000 results for that word on Google alone! See a new product? Must be a scam! Hear an ad? Must be scam! There's a new social media service out there. Definitely a scam! People are quickly dismissing anything, I mean literally anything, as just scam! The news are full of it too, right? But aren't you doing more harm than good in your enthusiasm? What if it's not them. but it's you?! You're missing out on genuine opportunities! I bet even your prospects or clients are calling you a scam too right? There are people saying that the whole idea of a realtor is a scam, a rip off, a big con! So, how do you tell which is real and which is bullshit? How do you protect yourself against scams? How do you overcome your natural scepticism and benefit from those which are not scams? More importnantly, as a realtor, how do you tell if someone helping realtors is not a scam? What the other party says and does What YOU say and do Of course, if the coach is genuine, then what he teaches may have gotten results for his students. But here's the real kicker: It works either way! Thinking, planning, procrastinating, talking gets no results. Only taking action produces results. And if you're not taking action, then you know whose fault it is.
