Why You Hate Sales

How to Leverage Feminine Energy in Any Business to Thrive | E51

Listen Later

Even as a woman, it's been easier to lean into the masculine energy of my business than the feminine side.

Masculine energy is about taking action, which is why we tend to give it more credit. Action creates results; there's no way around that.  It’s also based on logic – facts – things that make you feel secure on paper, and who doesn’t want that?

But the feminine energy? It’s powerful. It’s magnetic. It’s beautiful. It’s not about what makes sense or looks good on paper. It’s about desire, intuition, trust, allowing, and receiving.

If you want a thriving business, you want one that balances both.

Today on the People Over Profit podcast, we’ll talk about:

  • The feminine truth (it’s NOT anti-patriarchy)

  • Simple ways to build more trust with yourself

  • My go-to methods of leading with compassion

  • Ways I’ve found to balance rest and productivity

  • Whether you're trying to call in more of your feminine side or simply understand how to leverage it for even greater wins, this episode will be a game-changer for you!
