The idea of self-love gets thrown around everywhere, but it can feel overwhelming, even performative. Especially if you’ve come out of an unhealthy relationship, or if you’re noticing patterns you’re ready to break, the pressure to “just love yourself” can feel like perfection culture at its worst.

In this episode, I’m inviting you to take a softer, more approachable step: learning how to like yourself. Liking yourself is about building self-respect, self-worth, and self-esteem in ways that feel genuine and sustainable. It’s not about being perfect or having it all figured out. It’s about celebrating your wins, knowing yourself, implementing boundaries and working towards your goals and dreams. As we start to implement micro habits, self-love can start to expand naturally.
