My child used this book to prepare for her Religious Studies exam at school. She scored distinction (A) on her external exams. The Rhymes are well written. It's a good idea to help children remember events of the New Testament. The word puzzles were fun to.

Sally Jadlow's Testimony

I once heard a saying that our testimony is our witness of God's miracles and mercy in our lives, and I believe that to be true. That would make 'God's Little Miracle Book' Sally Jadlow's testimony, and as such it's a very sweet record. There were parts of the book that seemed almost a little too personal, for reasons I cannot quite explain. I know there is a 'part 2', and I will read that and hope it sits a little better with me.

Encouraging stories

If you doubt God's ability to change lives in modern day, you need to read this book. If you believe in the power of prayer, you need to read this book. If you are facing a battle, you need to read this book. If your friend is going through a crisis, you need to read this book, as does your friend.

This is a book I will buy multiple copies of to share with friends when they need encouragement! Thanks to the author for taking the time to collect and share these short stories.

A POWERFUL GLIMPSE INTO A DEEPER WALK WITH GOD

Jamie Buckingham has been one of my favorite authors and speakers for over 35 years. His insights into the spiritual life and his disarming honesty have helped me overcome many struggles in my christian walk.

Where Eagles Soar covers many of the pitfalls which confront those who are earnest to better know God: self righteousness, self sufficiency, spiritual pride. Like Jesus, he had a gift at drawing you into his lair with an amusing or interesting story then springing the trap where you are captured by God and His grace. It could sometimes be painful but it was always healing.

Great Read

I had read this book in 80's when it came out and lost my copy. I decided to read it again. There is a lot to gain in Christian strength from Where Eagles Soar. We sometimes need to be reminded that we soar only through God's strength. Since this was a used book I had some problems with the first copy of the book but the seller made it right and I would trust them to buy from them again. I would recommend Where Eagles Soar to anyone struggling with the question "God are you there". He is always beside us we just need to be reminded sometimes.

Good Summary

Good Summary, c!early written of the basics of belief in the midst of our real world. This book will help you to think through and to think clearly on the Biblical way of wisdom vs earthy way of wisdom.

Malbrew Completes 3 with 5 Stars!

I can't say enough good things about this Author. He really hit a home run with this 3 book series. I think I say this in every review but let me make this extremely clear, one of the main reasons I love this author so much is due to his ability to break down "Biblical dialect" and turn it into "everyday lingo". I love these books because they not only help me grow closer to God but I learn so much so quickly. I literally could not put them down at prayer time and I'm always sad to see Malbrew's books end. If you are looking for a guide to your life for Joy, Fulfillment, Purpose, Wisdom, and finding out who Jesus is I challenge you to read this series. I promise, you won't regret it.
