How To Live A Better Life Every Day

Listen Later

Once Upon A Time As Bryan Falchuk

* Bryan grew up with parents getting divorced, and this gave him an intense anxiety about things going wrong

* However, this gave Bryan a high level of skill in making sure things don’t go wrong

* Business aren’t built when things are all going perfectly
*
* Just get up and try again; don’t scare yourself into not trying at all

* After a big failure it is usually much more difficult to start again

*
* If you don’t believe that you deserve success nothing else matters: you’re going to self-sabotage
* Being an entrepreneur means being connected to your purpose
* What are you doing, and why are you doing it?
* Do what you have to do in this moment; don’t focus on what you may have to do
* Everyone has struggles: they are part of greater things, not the end
* It is not as bad as you thought, you’ve just gotta keep working
* If you didn’t get to your goal; figure out why, what you can do differently, and what you’ll do going forward
*
* Commit to not acting in a way that would not jeopardize your relationships
* Once you’re aware, you can work on it
* Focus on what’s in front of you, and keep moving forward
* Start with self-love. Once you unlock that you begin to think that you can do something about it
