Our job takes up so much of our time. 8 hours per day. An hour commute each way. Plus you need sleep in order to be able to function and not be a complete zombie all day. When we get home at the end of the day, as much as we would love to, and know we should, do things that are good for our health, we are tired and a lot of times make the decision that we will work double time tomorrow. Losing weight shouldn't be something we 'add' to our routine, but something we embrace.
