Let’s chat about why we should be investing in our health now and preventing disease down the track.
Health isn’t just associated with nutrition and food intake. What you eat is important but it’s not everything. In fact it’s just one piece of the holistic puzzle and often the majority of people overlook many things in their life that are causing them distress and think they’ll get to it OR they wait until it’s too late and disease creeps in.
Benefits that come from making the decision to invest in yourself are endless.
We have to learn to love ourselves first and this is where the healing and true health comes from. When we show up and love ourselves, there’s nothing we can’t do to change the things causing ourselves harm. We want to eat better, we want to exercise more, we want to be of service to others.
