Decision making is the most important skill that any leader should have because there is no human endeavor that can escape the need for good decision making.
The problem is that most leaders are reactionary at best and lead completely from emotion and instinct at the worst. Making decisions in those ways makes it impossible to replicate or build a skillset around because inherently there isn't much strategy or forethought involved.
In order to level-up to the next opportunity, we must refine our approach to making good choices - especially in moments of high ambiguity and or emotional stress.
