Pastor Steve Viars is in an unenviable position. He needs to oppose this law, but he also needs to tow the Biblical Counseling party line as laid out by his own Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and Al Mohler several years ago, when they said that reparative therapy was bad.
