LBM and Cree co-host a discussion about how black people can prepare to have offspring and, then, prepare those offspring to be viable.

Specifically, we discuss:

How many of us actually planned for their offspring - what has been the consequence of planning or not? How important is marriage prior to having offspring - whether you did it that way or not.  How important is it to be able to help your offspring beyond 18-21 years - what should that help be? What accounts for the greater perception that black women are "sell-outs" when they date white folks compared to when black men engage in this tragic (mis)behavior?

The title of this episode is taken from a phrase in Kola Boof's letter two her two young sons which forms the essay, The Authentic Black Man.
