Bullying intimidates students. Conflicts among colleagues discourage teachers. With recent cases of gun violence causing tragedy, vigilance is a much-needed defense.  Worry and fear are normal reactions in challenging times, but always assuming the worst possibilities threatens your mental health. In this episode, John shares his experience in helping students as a mental health professional in school districts.
