In this episode of Prim Rose Light, I was thrilled for all you wonderful listeners to hear from the inspiring and radically honest, Aarti Panday. Aarti is from Pune India and is a successful entrepreneur.
Aarti is such a breath of fresh air and calls out some of the toxicity that we all put up with in society, right from the pains we suffer with within our bodies, which whilst may be common, are not normal. We also call out some of the old fashioned and I am going to be honest and say, nonsense that Asian/India culture expects of women, and how we can lean into the Shiva and Shakti elements of a heterosexual relationship to honour both parties. We are complementary, not competing and everyone would do well to remember that.
Driven by passion, Aarti Pandey, 42-year-young and a renowned Hormonal Health Expert, is on an entrepreneurial mission to create a 'PCOS-FREE WORLD' without medication. With over a decade of expertise in health and lifestyle, she founded Freedom from PCOS in 2020, aiming to empower and enable 10 million working women to achieve hormonal balance naturally.
Her journey began with her own struggles with hormonal imbalance postpartum, which fueled her empathy and determination to help others. Today, Aarti leads a vibrant community of over 50,000+ working women.
