How to Manage Your Inner Critic

We're talking about that private conversation you have with yourself, the one we all have. That voice in your head that often says "You're not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, I'll never get it done " etc...That voice can be a huge block for your success unless you shift the messages to ones that are supportive and uplifting. Your thoughts greatly influence how you feel and behave which can cause negative self-talk to become downright self-destructive. Telling yourself that you’ll never be successful or that you aren’t as good as other people, will reduce your feelings of self-worth and deter you from facing your fears.
