So she quit her job, ended her engagement, moved to London and began to deconstruct herself. Action Step: Internal Chatter Exercise. Close your eyes and start to listen to your internal chatter. What is the dialogue you’re having with yourself? What is the tone you’re using? Establish a connection and ask yourself if it’s bringing you closer to your purpose or bringing yourself down? Now reflect. Would you speak this way to a family member or a friend? If not, start over. Make this a daily practice and commit to starting with 30 days.
