Today I wanna talk about them the types of products that you should be offering on your blog and I’m not really going to get into the format of the products (audio, video, ebook, etc.) I really want to talk about the different levels of products that you can have.
Free Giveaways
At the basic level you have your free giveaway that you are offering to people to subscribe to your to your email list. And your giveaway will typically be a short report, a video, or something that’s giving a lot of value in exchange for an email address.
A Step up from that will be your entry level products. They key thing with your entry level products is to get someone to become a buyer. Once we get someone to buy from us once it is much easier to get them to buy again. A list of proven buyers is very very powerful.
Entry-Level Products
You entry-level products in your funnel will usually range somewhere from the $7 to $30 range. I like to use sevens in my marketing so you will see entry level products at $7, $17, and $27
Core Products
The next level up from your entry level products will be what I call your core offer. This is your core training program that is very in depth. It could even be a combination of all your entry level products that you have.
For example: If you have entry-level products covering five different topics in your niche, you could combine them to create a core offer. With everything combined you look at what your core offer might be missing and fill in the gaps with additional training.
Like I said, with your core offer you want it to be very comprehensive training that shows people exactly what they need to do to be successful.
These products are usually in the $30 to $150 range.
Top Tier Products
Then you have your top tier products. What seperates the top tier products from your core products is that their is usually interaction with the customer. This could be in the form of:
* coaching
* mentoring
* live calls
* email access
* Forum
* Facebook group
Or something that involves interaction from you.
The top tier products is where you really add on the extra income. These are going to be your top dollar clients that will be paying you a lot of money per month to help them.
The last type of product that you should have in your marketing funnel is continuity products. These are your subscription based products. These products are great because they can provide a steady income every month. If you know how many members you have you know how much income to expect.
Continuity Programs
Continuity programs might be a bonus section for subscribers only that includes bonus content, or additional tutorials and instruction.
