How to NAIL Your Sober January!

Change is one of our biggest fears, and also the only way we grow. We are all afraid and extremely curious about who we would be if we could change. Not change as in “lose 10lbs” or “have bigger boobs.” Change as is, no longer have anxiety, embrace healthy relationships, stop putting ourselves down, and give up on that bad habit we know is sabotaging us. Change to be who our souls tell us we are.
